The Purpose Of This Single-Award Framework Agreement Is To Provide Project Management Assistance Services In Order To Meet A National Regulatory Obligation, In The Context Of The Submission Of The National Nature Restoration Plan For Environmental Assessment, As Well As A European Obligation In The Context Of The Future Submission Of The Plan To The European Commission (In Application Of The European Nature Restoration Regulation). The Service Provider, Whose Role Is To Carry Out The Environmental Impact Assessment, Identifies, Describes And Evaluates The Notable Effects That The Implementation Of The National Act To Restore Nature Plan May Have On The Environment, And Must Therefore Identify Reasonable Alternative Solutions, Taking Into Account The Objectives And Geographical Scope Of The Plan. It Also Analyzes The Ambition Needed For The Plan To Achieve The Objectives Of The European Nature Restoration Regulation.
