The Offered Buses Must Fully Meet All The Required Conditions From The Technical Specification, The Description Of The Procurement Item And Other Conditions From This Procurement Documentation. The Client Has Determined The Expected (Framework) Quantities In The Cost List. The Actual Purchased Quantity Of The Procurement Item May Be Higher Or Lower Than The Planned (Framework) Quantity.
