News-Agency Services – Organization Selection Execution Of The Information And Promotion Program Here’S To Eu - Hteu – Prog N. 101251605. The Contract Concerns The Selection Of An Implementing Body Responsible For Carrying Out The Activities Envisaged By The Three-Year Information And Promotion Program “Heres To Eu” (Hteu) – Program No. 101251605, Co-Financed Pursuant To Regulation (Eu) No. 1144/2014. The Program Will Take Place In Germany, Poland And Denmark And Has As Its Object The Valorisation Of Grana Padano Dop And Prosecco Doc, As Well As The Promotion Of The Quality Regimes Of The European Union. The Activities To Be Carried Out Include: • Public Relations Services; • Website And Social Media Management; • Online And Print Advertising; • Development Of Graphic And Key Visual Materials; • Training And Promotional Events (Cooking Schools, “Summer Vibes” Events, Tastings And Dedicated Meetings); • Promotion At Points Of Sale (On-Site Advertising And Related Digital Activities). The Contract Requires The Provision Of An Integrated Service Of Design, Operational Coordination, Administrative Management And Reporting Of Activities. The Maximum Amount Available For The Lot Is €3,137,727.60 Excluding Vat, Including The Economic Operators Fee, Which Cannot Exceed 12% Of The Total Assets. The Duration Of The Contract Is 36 Months, With Further Obligations Of Document Retention And Availability For Checks For A Period Of Five Years Following The Final Settlement, As Required By Reg. (Eu) 2015/1831. The Technical Requirements Include Proven Experience In Similar Programs, Skills In International Communication, Pr, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Advertising And Agri-Food Promotion. The Economic-Financial Requirements Include A Minimum Global Turnover Of €4,000,000 In The Best Three Of The Last Five Years, Suitable Bank References And Regular Contributions.
