Construction Work – Tender For Harbor Extension Søby Havn. Søby Havn Offers The Task Of Carrying Out A Harbor Extension As The Main Contract. The Delivery Includes The Execution Of The Following Works With An Estimated Scope: 1) Establishment Of Stone Piers, Approx. 450 Lbs. 2) Establishment Of New Quay Frames, Approx. 550 Lbs. 3) Deepening Of The Harbor Basin, Approx. 80,000 M3. 4) Filling Of The New Harbor Area, Approx. 120,000 M3. 5) Establishment Of Pavement, Approx. 8,000 M2. 6) Establishment Of New Pier Heads And Platform With Concrete Superstructure. 7) Establishment Of Drainage, Waste Water And Water Installations For New Port Areas. 8) Establishment Of Electricity And Lighting For New Harbor Areas. 9) Establishment Of New Boat Bridges And Associated Mooring Posts, Approx. 100 Lbs. 10) Establishment Of Access Road On Concrete Pier, Approx. 250 Lbs. Execution Of The Task Must Be Done Taking Into Account Other Activities In The Port, Including Ferry Sailing, Yachting, Docking Of Ships In A Commercial Port And Any Other Contractors Execution Of Contracts For Søby Værft. Entering Into The Enterprise Contract Is Subject To Final Approval From The Board Of Søby Havn. The Tender Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation With Pre-Qualification After Prior Publication Of An Executive Order According To The Utilities Directive (European Parliament And Council Directive 2014/25/Eu) As Implemented By Executive Order No. 1078 Of 29 June 2022 On The Procedures For Entering Into Contracts Within Water And Energy Supply, Transport And Postal Services.
