The Subject Of The Order Entitled: Mechanical And Manual Cleaning Of Municipal Roads In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune Includes: • Cleaning Of The Road, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Hardened Shoulders And Other Elements Of The Road (Including External Road Strips, Road Islands, Shelters, Parts Of The Road Closed To Traffic, Street Watercourses Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements, Parking Bays, Edges, Curbs) By Mechanical And Manual Removal Of All Contaminants, Including: Mud, Turf, Grass, Weeds, Moss, Leaves, Garbage, Branches, Fruit, Etc.; • Cleaning Hard-To-Reach Places From Contamination, Including Islands, Shelters, Parts Of The Road Closed To Traffic, Street Watercourses Made Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements, Parking Bays, Strips, Edges And Curbs, Including The Removal Of Turf, Grass, Weeds And Other Pollutants; • Cleaning Sewage Grates That Drain Rainwater From Road Surfaces Of Contamination; • Mechanical Wet Cleaning Of Roads And Sidewalks/Cycle Paths; • Removal And Management Of Collected Waste And Incurring Related Fees; The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip The Equipment With An Electronic Monitoring System Based On Gps Technology, Enabling Registration Of Routes And Current Location Of The Self-Propelled Sweeper For Cleaning The Road. The Gps Device Will Be Installed At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Also Bears All Costs Related To The Maintenance, Operation, Maintenance And Service Of The Gps Device. The Contractor Also Bears The Costs Of Operating And Servicing The Software, Providing The Software To The Ordering Party And Paying For The License And Data Transmission Costs From The Gps Device. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Hardware Unit Equipped With A Gps Device, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Employers Representative And Provide Its Replacement With A Functional Unit - A Self-Propelled Road Cleaning Sweeper Equipped With A Gps Device. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Access To The Gps Monitoring System Before The First Service Order Begins. The Contractor Will Also Provide Access To The Gps Monitoring History Covering The Period Of Service Implementation (Single Order). This Access Will Be Valid For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, While Services Are Provided To The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune. The Detailed Scope Is Described In The Service Specification, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Order Specification.
