The Project Is Aimed At Optimizing The Activities, Collecting And Processing Data In The Organization And Conduct Of The National External Assessments And The State Matriculation Exams, As Well As Improving The Applied Educational Policies In The Implementation Of The State And Additional Admissions Plan. The Project Aims To Create An Opportunity To Introduce, Summarize And Analyze The Data From The Exams Conducted By Schools, Regions And At The National Level, As Well As To Monitor The Entire Planning Process (Proposal, Agreement, Approval) Of The State And The Additional Plan-Admission And Implementation Of The State Admission As A Prerequisite For Better Management Based On Established Regularities, Transparency Of The Processes And Predictability Of The Result In Relation To The Approved Number And Type Of Classes, Number Of Places And Forms Of Education. Main Activities That Form The Scope Of The Project: Activity 1 Upgrade, Improvement, Testing And Implementation Of The Unified Information System For Examinations And Admissions. Sub-Activity 1: Upgrading And Improving The Functionalities Of An Administrative Portal For The Unified Information System For Exams And Admission; Sub-Activity 2: Upgrading And Improving The Functionalities Of The Public Portal The Unified Information System For Exams And Admission; Sub-Activity 3: Warranty/Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance And Service Of The Unified Information System For Exams And Admission. Activity 2 Conducting Annual Trainings And Transfer Of Knowledge To Officials Working With The System, Before The Actual Launch Of The Activities Set Out In The Eisip.
