The Subject Of The Order Is The Management And Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Investment Task, In Particular: A) Performing The Function Of Engineer In Accordance With The Agreement And The Construction Contract, Including Option Rights, To The Extent To Which The Ordering Party Exercises Them; B) Material And Financial Management, In Particular Comprehensive Service Of The Construction Contract In Terms Of Settlement, Monitoring And Material And Financial Reporting; C) Technical Management, Including Performing The Duties Of The Investors Supervision Inspector For The Construction Contract; D) Management, Including Coordination Of The Construction Contract With Option Rights, To The Extent That The Ordering Party Exercises Them; E) Conducting Environmental Supervision, Including Nature Supervision, In Accordance With The Decision On Environmental Conditions And Other Administrative Decisions In This Regard.
