The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services From The Olszówka Commune In 2026, Including: A) Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Municipal Waste Selectively Collected From Real Estate Where Residents Live; B) The Subject Of The Order Covers The Following Towns: Adamin, Dębowiczki, Drzewce, Wiedze, Grabina, Krzewata, Łubianka, Młynik, Mniewo, Nowa Wioska, Olszówka, Ostrów, Ponętów Górny Drugi, Ponętów Górny Trzeci, Przybyszew Szczepanów, Tomaszew, Umień, Zawadka, Złota; C) Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste Selectively Collected From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located In The Wastewater Treatment Plant Complex In Olszówek. The Service Of Collection And Management Of Mixed And Selectively Collected Municipal Waste From The Olszówka Commune Is Carried Out In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, As Well As Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024 Item 399), Provisions Of The Current Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Wielkopolska Voivodeship With Annexes And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Olszówka Commune.
