The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service - Preparation And Delivery Of Food For Approximately 136 Children (Including Approximately 12 Children For Whom Meals Are Financed By M-Gops In Ślesin) Aged 3-14 Who Will Attend The Primary School In Licheń Stary. 2. Name And Code Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 55523100-3 - School Meal Services, 55321000-6 - Meal Preparation Services, 55524000-9 - School Meal Delivery Services.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts For Organizational Reasons, Due To Possible Excessive Costs Of Execution Of The Order. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes Feeding Services For Preschool Children And Students Of The Primary School In Licheń Stary For A Total Estimated Number Of 136 People (74 Preschoolers And 62 Students).5. The Scope Of Services And Their Description Are Included In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.6. The Adopted Figures Specifying The Number Of Students And The Amount Of Meals Consumed During The Term Of The Contract Are Estimates. Therefore, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Services Described In Annex 1 To The Swz. The Right Of Option Will Be Applied If, During The Provision Of Services, It Turns Out That The Planned Quantities Of Meals Have Been Overestimated Or Underestimated. A Change In The Quantitative Scope Under The Option Right May Result In A Change In The Contractual Remuneration In The Amount Of: A) A Maximum Of 20% Of The Value Of The Basic Order In Relation To An Increase In The Scope Of Services, B) A Maximum Of 10% In Relation To A Reduction In The Number Of Meals Provided. 7. As A Result Of The Exercise Of The Option Right, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Reduced Or Increased Accordingly, In Proportion To The Continuous Catering Services Actually Provided, Depending On The Number Of Children And Adolescents Receiving Supplementary Meals.
