26.1.1 The Subject Of The Order For Part I Is The Provision Of Shelter Services, I.E. Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People Along With Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People Referred In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Radomsko, Which, By Resolution No. Xxiii/149/25 Of The City Council In Radomsko, On September 26, 2025 Regarding The Establishment Of The Budget Unit Of The Social Services Center In Radomsko And Granting It A Statute (Official Journal Of The Łódź Voivodeship Of October 10, 2025, Item 9536), As Of January 1, 2026, It Will Be Transformed Into A Budget Unit Under The Name Of The Social Services Center In Radomsko. The Social Services Center In Radomsko Will Carry Out Statutory Tasks Of The Radomsko City Commune. The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In A Shelter For Homeless People And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896, As Amended) As Part Of The Services Provided In The Shelter, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Persons Referred To Above: 1. Three Meals A Day, Including 1 Hot Meal, 2. Enabling The Consumption Of A Meal And Access To A Kitchen Room Enabling Self-Preparation Of A Meal And A Hot Drink, 3. Enabling The Use Of A Shower,4. Clothes Appropriate To The Season, Changing Clothes, Enabling Washing And Drying Of Clothes,5. Ensuring Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Clothing If It Cannot Be Replaced,6. Personal Hygiene Products And Cleaning Products,7. Ensuring Care By At Least 1 Caregiver For No More Than 50 People Staying In The Shelter, Also At Night,8. Implementation Of No Less Than Three Individual Programs For Ending Homelessness, Which Will Cover Homeless People In Accordance With Art. 49 Section 5 Of The Act Of March 12, 2022. On Social Assistance, Activation Services Aimed At Becoming Independent, Strengthening Activity, Gaining Independence In Life And Overcoming Homelessness, Such As Addiction Therapy, Assistance In Regulating The Legal Situation, Interpersonal Skills Training, Classes Preparing For Employment, Managing Ones Own Budget, Etc.9. Provision Of Services By Qualified Staff In Accordance With Art. 48A Of The Act On Social Assistance, I.E. Social Workers, Caregivers With: - Basic Vocational Or Basic Vocational Education, At Least One Year Of Experience In Working With Homeless People And Completed First Aid Training Or - At Least Secondary Or Secondary Vocational Education And Completed First Aid Training.10. Ensuring Access To Medical Care,11. Transport Of The Homeless To A Shelter In The Case Of A Facility Located At A Distance Of More Than 20 Km F
