The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Together With Surveying Materials And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) For The Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 250813W Zdunek - Wydmusy (Via Dziegciarka).2. Design Assumptions: The Design Documentation Includes The Expansion Of The Municipal Road No. 250813W Zdunek - Wydmusy (Via Dziegciarka) With The Following Parameters: 6.00 M Wide Road, 1.25 M Wide Hard Surface Shoulders On Both Sides, Drainage Of The Road Lane And Street Lighting On The Entire Road Section.3. The Task Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Together With Geodetic Materials; 2) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid); 3) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates As Well As Technical Specifications Necessary For The Ordering Party To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Permit; 4) Answering Questions During The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation And Making Possible Changes To The Design Documentation, The Necessity Of Which Will Result From The Questions Asked And The Answers Provided, 5) Exercising, In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1881, As Amended), Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation, Hereinafter Jointly Referred To As The Subject Of The Agreement;6) Other Activities Necessary To Obtain The Result Of The Contract Concluded With The Contractor As A Result Of These Proceedings.
