Renewal Of The Public Service Delegation For The Management And Operation Of The Les Tritons Aquatic Center For A Period Of Five (5) Years From September 1, 2026. The Consultation Is Carried Out As Part Of An Open Procedure. The President Of The Cccnj Will Freely Organize The Negotiations In Accordance With Article L.1411-5 Of The Cgct. The Les Tritons Aquatic Center Was Commissioned In May 2016. Management Has Been Delegated Since That Date And The Current Contract Will End On August 31, 2026.
