The Planning For Service Phase 3 Should Be Completed By The End Of March 2026. Service Phases 1 And 2 Can Be Presented In An Abbreviated Form (See List Of Services). The First Plans Of Lph 3 Are To Be Presented To The Responsible Technical Committee, Which Is Expected To Be Presented By The Contractor On The Basis Of A Digital Presentation (E.G. Ms Powerpoint). These Plans Must Be Agreed With The Client In Advance. Completion Of The Planning Up To And Including Service Phase 6 Is Expected (In Coordination With The Client) By May 15, 2026. Processing Stage 2 Is Expected To Begin In August 2026 (In Coordination With The Client).
