The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Investment Task Consisting In The Construction Of A Pumptrack Bicycle Playground With Accompanying Infrastructure, Lighting And Video Monitoring, Located On Plot No. 193/38, District 0006 In Żary. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will: A) Develop Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program Developed By Btproject S.C. With Headquarters, Ul. Kwantowa 18, 62-070 Więckowice And Will Obtain A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Work To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Documentation, As Well As Any Other Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task (Including The Decision On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment). B) Will Perform Construction Works, Based On The Developed Documentation And The Obtained Formal And Legal Documents Enabling The Implementation Of The Task In Question. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into Two Parts Of The Implementation: 1) Part 1 - Preparation Of Documentation Design Developed On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program Developed By Btproject S.C. With Headquarters, Ul. Kwantowa 18, 62-070 Więckowice And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Arrangements Together With A Formal And Legal Document Authorizing The Implementation Of Construction Works, Development Of A Greenery Design Including Planting Greenery And Care Recommendations For The Existing And Planned Greenery.2) Part 2 - Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Formal And Legal Documents Obtained Enabling Their Implementation, All Other Decisions, Arrangements And Conditions Issued At The Stage Developing Design Documentation, Constituting Annexes To The Design Documentation And On The Terms Described In This Agreement.2.
