The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Buildings Into A Local Activity Center In The Dąbrowa Commune As Part Of The Project Entitled: Strengthening The Potential And Increasing Access To Cultural Facilities In The Opole Agglomeration - A Public Building In The Dąbrowa Commune At Ul. Niemodlińska 39 A In Chróścin In The Design And Build System With Authors Supervision.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided In The Following Annexes To This Swz:1) Functional And Utility Program With Annexes, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu2) List Of Works Planned For Implementation (Note: It Is Only An Auxiliary Document);3) Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract;4) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Annexes Referred To In Section 2. The List Of Works Planned For Implementation Is Of An Auxiliary Nature.4. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Opole Voivodeship 2021-2027, As Part Of The Project Entitled Strengthening The Potential And Increasing Accessibility To Cultural Facilities In The Opole Agglomeration.
