The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conducting The Training And Mentoring Phase Of The Lider Up Program, Consisting In Conducting A Training Program, Launching And Administering The Process Of Individual Development Of Phase Participants, Which Also Includes, In Addition To Training, Mentoring With People, Among Others: With Experience In Business As Well As In The Commercialization Of Scientific Research. The Service Is Ordered For The Implementation Of The First Phase Of The Lider Up Program By The National Center For Research And Development. The Program, And In Particular Its First Phase, Is A Response To The Following Challenges: 1) Increasing The Scale Of Cooperation Between Scientists And The Economic Environment; 2) Increasing The Commercialization And Implementation Potential;3) Promoting The Culture Of Entrepreneurship At Universities, Strengthening The Research Potential At Universities And Their Stronger Inclusion In The Innovation Creation System, In Accordance With The Strategy For Responsible Development Until 2020 (With A Perspective Until 2030);4) Promoting Mobility (Including International) Of People Between Sectors (Science/Business) And Within Sectors In Accordance With The Strategy For Responsible Development Until 2020 (With A Perspective To 2020) Perspective Until 2030);5) Increasing The Involvement Of Entrepreneurs In The Employee Education System For Sectors With High Knowledge And Technology Intensity (Including Internships Of Research Workers In Companies And Company Representatives In Scientific And Research Units).
