1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Adaptation Of The 4Th Floor In The Ministry Building Located At Ul. Limanowskiego 23 In Warsaw, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of Work Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Approvals And Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Goal Is To Adapt The Floor In Functional, Technical And Aesthetic Terms, Ensuring That The Building Is Adapted To The Current Needs Of Users And Safety Requirements.2. The Implementation Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Stages: 1) Stage I - Design Scope, Including Preparation Of Design Documentation, 2) Stage Ii - Construction, Assembly And Implementation Scope.3. Detailed Information Regarding The Description, Scope And Conditions Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Together With Formal And Legal Documents And Studies, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
