1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor For The Jabłonka Commune - The Municipal Services Plant In Jabłonka For The Purpose Of Performing The Tasks Described In The Statute Of The Municipal Services Plant In Jabłonka. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Agricultural Tractor Be Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2024. The Entire Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Brand New, I.E. Unregistered And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Also Covering The European Union Market, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights.4. The Elements Included In The Subject Of The Order On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Following Requirements:5.1. Agricultural Tractor: A. Brand New, Unused, Unregistered, Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2024, B. Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. C. Have Approval Allowing The Vehicles To Be Admitted To Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, D. Meet The Requirements Of The Exhaust Emission Standard At Least Stage V.E. Documents In Polish Required Upon Delivery: - Card Extract From The Approval Certificate Confirming The Ec Requirements Of The Vehicle Type, - Operation And Maintenance Manual, - Service Book, - Book/Warranty Card, - Spare Parts Catalog In Paper Form And On An Electronic Medium, - All Necessary Documents Required By Law And Enabling Registration Of The Tractor, - All Delivered Documents, Instructions, Catalogs Must Be In Polish. F. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Documents Required For Registration Of The Vehicle At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.G. It Is Required That The Contractor Indicates The Address Of An Authorized Warranty And Post-Warranty Service At A Distance Of No More Than 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters.H. The Contractor Will Ensure That Warranty Inspections And Service Activities Are Carried Out At The Ordering Partys Premises.I. Delivery And Collection Of The Tractor Will Take Place At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party J. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order (Subject Of The Contract) To The Ordering Party Using His Own Efforts, At His Own Expense And Risk.K. The Contractor Undertakes To Put The Delivered Subject Of The Order Into Operation On The Day Of Delivery, At The Place Of Delivery And Prove Its Readiness For Work.L. The Contractor Will Provide Training For 4 Of The Ordering Partys Employees And On-The-Job Training I
