In Katowice, G) Organizing And Coordinating City Competitions, H) Organizing At Least 16 Thematic City Walks With A Guide, I) Cooperating With Tourist Information Points From Katowices Partner Cities In The Exchange Of Information And Promotional Materials And Possible Meetings To Exchange Experiences, J) Coordinating Profiles In Social Media In Terms Of Updating Them With Events Taking Place In The City, K) Establishing And Maintaining Cooperation And Contacts With Universities Educating In The Field Of Tourism, L) Cooperation With The Silesian Tourist Organization And Other Entities On The Tourist Services Market In The Promotion Of The City And The Region, M) Preparing Information About Events For Multimedia Devices, N) Watering Plants Located In Rcit, O) Conducting Quarterly Inventories And Quality Control Of Promotional Materials And Determining The Demand For Individual Materials Promotional,P) Logistical Support For Additional Events At Rcit And Coordination Of The Event Calendar,Q) Additionally, In The Case Of Large Urban Events Of An Economic, Cultural And Sports Nature (Regardless Of The Operation Of Rcit At Rynek 13), A Mobile Regional Tourist Information Center (Hereinafter Referred To As Mobile Rcit) Should Be Organized In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Maximum Number Of City Events For Which It Will Be Necessary To Organize A Mobile Regional Tourist Information Center.
