The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For Children, Adolescents And Adults With Mental Disorders, Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostrów Wielkopolski, In Their Place Of Residence From January 2026 To December 2026. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Provision Of Specialized Care Services For Children, Adolescents And Adults With Mental Disorders For Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostrów Wielkopolski In From January To December 2026 In Accordance With Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended). In Relation To Specialized Care Services For Children, Adolescents And Adults With Mental Disorders, The Scope Of Services Is Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816).The Place Of Provision Of Specialist Care Services For Children, Adolescents And Adults With Mental Disorders Is The Place Of Residence Of The Person Covered By The Service, I.E. The Home Address Where The Person Covered By The Service Stays. If It Is Impossible Or Inadvisable To Provide These Services At The Clients Home, The Services Must Be Provided In The Premises At The Contractors Disposal And Intended To Provide Specialized Care Services And Specialized Care Services For Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders Located In The City Of Ostrów Wielkopolski. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Specialized Care Services For Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders During The Contract Execution Period Is 2,940 Hours. The Number Of Service Hours Is An Estimate And May Change Because It Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Requiring Help. Services Will Be Provided Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M. One Hour Of Service Is Equal To One Clock Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes.
