The Order Covers The Creation Of A Pocket Park In The Old Park In Siedlce, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under The Name Stary Park And Number A-276, By Decision Of August 29, 1980. There Are 17 Natural Monuments In The Park. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Following Tasks In The Design And Build Formula:1. Design Works, I.E.: Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Pocket Park For The Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program, Along With Obtaining Technical Conditions, All Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, Including The Approval Of The Project With The Conservator Of Monuments, Construction Permit/No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works, Permission Of The Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works And Other Documents Required By Separate Regulations Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment.2. Construction Works, Including: 1) Site Preparation (Demolition Of Existing Surfaces, Parts Of Fences, Dismantling Of Existing Small Architectural Objects, Earthworks, Cutting Down Some Trees And Bushes, Etc.), 2) Preparation Of The Ground And Planting Of Trees, Bushes And Perennials, 3) Construction Of Flower Meadows And Lawns, 4) Construction Of New Mineral Surfaces With Concrete Edges, 5) Installation Of Small Architectural Elements, I.E. Benches, Waste Bins, Educational Boards, Birdhouses, Wooden Logs, Boulders, 6) Construction Of A Rain Garden, 7) Construction Of A Lighting And Monitoring Installation, 8) Tidying Up The Area After The Work Is Completed.
