1. Order Type: Delivery.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Office Materials By The Contractor To The Ordering Partys Headquarters.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Offer Form.4. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes In The Quantity Of Individual Office Supplies Within The Entire Specified Range. The Quantities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Indicative And Constitute The Basis For Determining The Total Offer Price For The Purposes Of Assessing And Resolving The Procedure. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim Against The Ordering Party To Place An Order For Individual Product Items In Quantities Other Than Those Planned In The Offer.5. Office Supplies Will Be Delivered Successively In Batches, The So-Called Partial Deliveries, As The Needs Of The Ordering Party Arise Within A Period Of 12 Consecutive Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Or To Use The Amount Of The Selected Contractors Offer, On The Basis Of Unit Orders (Partial Deliveries), While Return Confirmation Of Receipt (Appendix No. 1 To The Opz And The Offer Form) Will Be Ordered As Part Of Partial Deliveries In An Amount Of Min. 10,000 Pieces, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. District Office In Kielce, Ul. Wrzosowa 44, 25 – 211 Kielce, Room No. 1, Level 0 Or Room No. 051, Level -1 Or 172, Level 1. Requests For Individual Deliveries Will Be Submitted Via E-Mail.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Be Of High Quality, Brand New, Complete And Have All The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. Office Supplies Must Be Delivered In The Original, Intact Manufacturers Packaging And Should Have Signs Identifying The Product, In Particular The Manufacturers Trademark Or Brand And The Expiry Date (If The Manufacturer Has Provided Such A Date). The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer The Model, Symbol Or Name Of The Offered Subject Of The Order In Order To Enable Verification Of The Technical Parameters Of Individual Product Items.7. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Model, Symbol Or Name Offered In The Submitted Offer, Constituting The Basis For The Selection Of The Offer.
