Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Service Consisting In Checking Tickets In Słupsk Public Transport Vehicles And Recovering Additional Fees Imposed

1. The Service Involves Checking Tickets For The Transport Of People, Animals And Luggage In Public Transport Organized By Zim In Słupsk And Collecting Receivables For Additional Fees, Handling Fees And Transport Services. 2. The Contractor Will Direct At Least 6 People, Including At Least One Person Responsible For The Execution Of The Order As A Manager. The Contractor Will Present A List Of People Assigned To Perform The Services No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract. The Contractor Himself Determines The Working Hours Of 6 People To Perform The Task. 3. Ticket Inspection Will Take Place On All Working Days, On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, In Each Calendar Month Of The Year, Except September 22. And 01/11/26. Ticket Control Means: A) Entry Of The Person/Persons Checking Tickets (Controllers) Into The Słupsk Public Transport Vehicle And Checking Whether All Passengers In The Vehicle At A Given Moment Have Paid The Fare, Have A Valid Paper Or Electronic Ticket For The Journey, Transport Of Luggage, Animals And Documents Confirming The Right To Reduced Or Free Travel, B) The Controller Under The Term Ticket Control Has The Right Without Getting Off The Bus Start An Inspection In The Area Of The Redzikowo Commune And The Kobylnica Commune, C) Recording The Inspections Listed In Point 3(A). A, B In The Daily Inspection Report Together With An Attachment Of The Control Printout From The Validator. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Weekly Reports To The Ordering Party During The Month On The Inspections Carried Out, With The Content Consistent With Annex No. 8 To The Contract. 4. Debt Collection Will Be Carried Out Using An It System That Meets The Requirements Described In Annex No. 13 To The Swz, As, Among Others, The Choice Of The System And Specific Technical Solutions Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate A Specific Application. The Costs Of Purchasing And Implementing The Software Along With The License Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 5. Ticket Control Will Be Carried Out Using Controller Devices Compatible With An It System That Meets The Requirements Described In Annex No. 13 To Swz, Point The Contractor Will Equip Each Controller At His Own Expense. As Part Of The Already Existing Fala Ticketing System, The Contractor Will Be Provided With Control Devices To Check Electronic Tickets. In Such A Situation, Ticket Inspection Will Be Carried Out Via The Ordering Partys Devices, And Additional Fees Will Be Issued And Collected Through The Contractors Devices.6. If, During The Inspection, A Passenger Is Discovered Without A Ticket Or Without A Document Entitling Him To Reduced Or Free Travel, The Contractor Will Collect The Appropriate Transport Fee And An Additional Fee In The Amounts Specified In Annex No. 10A To The Swz.7. The Ordering Party Authorizes The Contractor To Collect Fees For Transport Services From Passengers On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Public
