Sądowa 2 In Ostrów Wielkopolski, With An Area Of Approx. 3,368 M2 Together With The Adjacent Area (Sidewalks, Squares, Parking Lots, Lawns, Etc.), With An Area Of Approx. 1,270 M2.B) 4-Story Building (Including A Basement And Attic) At Ul. Partyzancka 32 In Ostrów Wielkopolski, With An Area Of Approx. 1,065 M² Together With The Adjacent Area (Sidewalks, Squares, Parking Lots, Lawns, Etc.) With An Area Of Approx. 1,515 M².1) Comprehensive Cleaning Services In The Field Of Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Office Rooms, Courtrooms, All Other Utility And Utility Rooms, As Well As Sanitary Facilities And Communication Routes In The Buildings Of The District Court In Ostrów Wielkopolski At Ul. Sądowa 2 And Ul. Partyzanckiej 32.2) Cleaning Services In Outdoor Areas, Including: A) Maintaining Cleanliness And Order And Snow Removal In Outdoor Areas (Sidewalks, Squares, Parking Lots, Lawns, Surfaces Outside Traffic Routes, Etc.), Including In Particular: B) Removing Ice From Traffic Routes, Parking Lots And Squares, C) Sprinkling Slippery And Icy Traffic Routes (Sidewalks, Squares, Parking Lots) With Agents Ensuring The Safety Of Users And Compliance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Agents In Amounts Appropriate To The Weather Conditions To Ensure Effective Removal Of Ice And Keep The Surface Clean And Safe For Users. Permissible Agents Include In Particular: − Sodium Chloride (Road Salt), − Calcium Chloride, − Sand, − Other Agents Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Polish Standards And Regulations, Provided That They Are Safe For The Environment And Do Not Cause Permanent Damage To The Surface. D) Ensuring That The Surfaces Of Communication Routes And Parking Lots Are Kept Clean And Tidy, E) Removal And Disposal Of Excess Snow And Ice, F) Ongoing Cleaning Of External Areas, G) Maintenance Of Areas Greenery, Including Mowing Grass And Removing Leaves; The Contractor Is Considered To Be The Waste Producer And Will Be Obliged To Remove Waste Generated As A Result Of The Implementation Of This Part Of The Service In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste.
