The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of Food Products According To Orders Placed By The Ordering Party, To The Food Warehouse At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Ordered Goods Must Be Delivered And Unloaded By Force And At The Contractors Expense To The Ordering Partys Warehouse. Deliveries Will Take Place At Least Twice A Week Between 7:00 A.M. And 10:00 A.M. On The Day Following The Telephone Order On The Previous Day. The Delivered Articles Must Have A Suitably Long Shelf Life Of At Least ¾ Of The Shelf Life. The Delivered Articles Must Be Manufactured And Delivered In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Sanitary Inspectorate And The Haccap System. The Subject Of The Order Presented In The Offer And Delivered Should Comply With Polish Standards. Packed In Original Packaging Marked With The Name Of The Product, The Name And Registered Office Of The Manufacturer, And The Expiration Date. The Contractor Will Deliver Goods With At Least ¾ Of The Validity Period And Descriptions In Polish, Undamaged Packaging.
