1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development Referred To In Art. 4(2) Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), For All Localities Of The Ostrów Wielkopolski Commune Until The End Of 2025 In The Scope Of: A) Analysis Of Submitted Applications Regarding Development Conditions, B) Analysis Of Submitted Applications Regarding The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, C) Preparation Of Projects Decisions On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, D) Preparing Draft Decisions On Development Conditions, E) Preparing Drafts Of Amendments To Previously Issued Decisions On Development Conditions And On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, As Well As Corrections Of The Above-Mentioned Draft Decisions, Referred To As Draft Decisions In The Content Of The Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Need To Prepare 1,095 Draft Decisions By The End Of The Calendar Year 2026, Including: A) 1,025 Draft Decisions On Establishing Development Conditions (Article 60(4) Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development) Along With An Analysis Of The Actual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented As Well As The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development (Article 53(3) Of The Act On Planning And Development Spatial Development) And The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyzes Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589) Along With A Graphic Annex To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Analysis Results - After A Site Visit. B) 20 Drafts Of The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment With Graphic Annexes (Article 50(4) Of The Act On Planning And Spatial Development) And Analysis Of The Actual And Legal Status Of The Area Where The Investment Is Planned To Be Implemented As Well As The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Development (Article 53(3) Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development), C) 50 Draft Decisions Amending Previously Issued Decisions. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Estimated Number Of Draft Decisions.
