The Quantities Provided In The Price Form Are Estimated/Forecast Values, Which May Be Reduced During The Term Of The Contract Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Use Of At Least 40% Of The Product Range Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Applies To The Basic Order).
