As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Technical And Logistic Support For Promotional Devices In 2026 According To The Following Specifications: A) Storage, Maintenance And Repair Of Media Provided By The Ordering Party; B) Transport Of Media To A Designated Place; C) Disassembling, Assembling And Servicing Media (Including Making Arrangements To Ensure The Connection Of Devices To Electricity); D) Assembly And Disassembly Of A Modular Stage (5/6 M) In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party; E) Assembly And Disassembly Of Straight Walls (3/2.45M; 2.5/2.45M) In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party;F) Assembly And Disassembly Of The Tent Hall Along With Providing Transport In Katowice;G) Preparation Of Exhibitions Using A Logo Projector (Gobo);H) Conducting Animations At The City Stand: Twister, 3D Puzzles - About 10 Exhibitions;I) Storing Promotional Materials For Promotional Events;J) Collecting Promotional Materials From The Ordering Partys Headquarters;K) Event Management Cultural And Promotional Activities In The Scope Of Providing A Stage With A Roof, Sound System And Lighting, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions; L) Providing Staff To Carry Out Promotional Activities In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs, I.E. Persons Operating Media, Drivers, Hostesses; M) Photographic Service For Each Day Of The Event. Photos (Not Less Than 10 Photos) Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In An Electronic Version No Later Than The Day Following The Date Of The Event; N) Ensuring Technical Service; O) Assuming Responsibility For The Entrusted Property And Liability For Any Damage Related To The Operation Of The Media During The Execution Of The Contract. The Citys Advertising Media Will Be Displayed During Events Taking Place In Various Locations Of The City In The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis On Various Dates - Approx. Events.
