Ordering Party – Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act - Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Directed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform Activities Consisting In The Ongoing Cleanliness (Cleaning) Of The Premises [Does Not Apply To Activities Requiring The Use Of Special Machines (Devices) And Chemicals, I.E. Cleaning The Surface Of Carpets, Floors And Washing Windows And Lamps], If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 277, 807 And 1423).3. Applies To Part I Of The Order: Pursuant To Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Letter E Of The Act, The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Regarding The Employment Of Disabled Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 27, 1997 On Vocational And Social Rehabilitation And Employment Of Disabled Persons (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 913 And 1301). The Ordering Party Requires That Among The Persons Directly Participating In The Execution Of The Order, Performing Activities Involving The Ongoing Cleanliness (Cleaning) Of The Premises (Does Not Apply To Activities Requiring The Use Of Special Machines (Devices) And Chemicals, I.E. Cleaning Carpet Surfaces And Washing Windows And Lamps], At Least 1 Disabled Person Is Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Contract (Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code), Working Time At Least ½ Full-Time. The Person Should Be Employed To Complete The Order Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Order.
