The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns (As Undelivered) To The County Office In Środa Śląska. By Using The Postal Service, The Ordering Party Understands That The Sender Of The Parcels Will Be The Ordering Party, I.E. The County Office In Środa Śląska, Which Will Select One Postal Operator And Will Conclude An Agreement For The Provision Of Postal Services With This Operator.2. The Above-Mentioned Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012. Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1041) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Provides For The Delivery Of Parcels In Accordance With The Procedures Resulting From The Code Of Administrative Procedure And The Code Of Civil Procedure.4. The Ordering Party Informs That Under This Order, Due To The Nature Of The Tasks Performed, It Is Necessary To Send Shipments Requiring The Application Of Article 57 § 5 Point 2 Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure And Article 12 § 6 Point 2 Of The Tax Ordinance. Moreover, When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Wording Of Article 17 Of The Postal Law Act, Which States That The Confirmation Of Posting A Registered Item Or Postal Order Issued By The Post Office Of The Designated Operator Has The Force Of An Official Document. The Fact Of Giving Official Force To The Confirmation Of Sent Registered Items Is Very Important For The Ordering Party Due To The Number Of Administrative/Court Proceedings Conducted In Which It Is Necessary To Confirm The Method Of Sending Recognized As Effective (Depending On The Legal Regulations, The Date Of The Postmark Or The Actual Date Of Delivery Of The Parcel To The Recipient Is Considered).
