The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula, Which Includes Obtaining A Building Permit, Construction And Obtaining A Permit For The Use And Operation Of Sanitary Sewage Infrastructure Elements, Including: Gravity Sanitary Sewage Systems, Main And Side Channels And Sections Qualified As A Network Ending With A Well In Plots Of Connected Properties, Pumped Sewage With A Pumping Station, As Well As The Construction Of Connections To Properties In Niedary, Bieńkowice, Wyżyce And The Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant Sewage In Niedary Along With Accompanying Infrastructure. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Unit Statement Of The Basic Cost Elements Constituting The Entire Offered Value Of The Order. The Contractor, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Prepare And Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order No Later Than On The Day Of Concluding The Contract. Introducing Changes To The Schedule Will Not Be Treated As An Amendment To The Contract And Will Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Comments To The Hrf. The Manufacturers Names Or Trademarks Used In The Documentation Are Used Only To Clarify The Subject Of The Order And To Define Technical And Functional Standards As Well As To Determine Quality And Technological Standards. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Products That Are No Worse In Terms Of Their Quality And Technical Parameters Than The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Names, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Quality Parameters That Are At Least The Same Or Better Than The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Names In The Documentation. The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Pzp.1. Because The Implementation Of This Order Must Be Carried Out By Performing Activities Under The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code - For The Benefit Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Contractor Or Subcontractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Falling Within The So-Called Direct Costs Based On The Employment Relationship.
