The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive, Non-Cash Delivery Of Liquid Fuels In The Form Of Refueling To The Tanks Of Company Cars, Engine Equipment And Canisters Used By The Ordering Party, In The Following Total, Estimated Quantities: 1) Diesel Oil (B7) - 30,000 Liters, 2) Unleaded Petrol Pb95 (E5) - 3,500 Liters, 3) Unleaded Petrol Pb 98 (E5) - 1,500 Liters. The Ordering Party Informs That The Given Order Quantity Is An Estimate And Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Scope Of Deliveries. The Amount Of Fuel May Change During The Execution Of The Contract Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Not Demand The Completion Of The Remaining Quantity Of The Order And Compensation. The Exact Value Of The Order Cannot Be Determined Due To The Fact That The Forecast Quantities Of Fuel May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. This Is Due To The Unpredictable Number Of Rescue And Fire-Fighting Interventions. Fuel Will Be Delivered Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, At The Contractors Gas Stations 24 Hours A Day, Every Day Of The Week, And Due To Numerous Refueling Operations Resulting From The Need To Ensure Full Operational Readiness In The Ordering Partys Parent Units. At Least One Gas Station Must Be Located In The City Of Wejherowo And The City Of Rumia, At A Distance Of No More Than 5 Km From The Headquarters Of The State Fire Service District Headquarters In Wejherowo And The Rescue And Firefighting Unit No. 1 (Ul. Tartaczna 5, 84-200 Wejherowo) And The Rescue And Firefighting Unit No. 2 In Rumia (Plac Kaszubski 1, 84-230 Rumia). The Contractor Should Have A Network Of Stations In Every Voivodeship In The Country.
