The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 266), Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas With An Expected Volume Of Approximately 634,996 Kwh, Counted During The Delivery Period, For Personal Use, For Heating Purposes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier With The Distribution System Operator. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure Of Changing The Current Natural Gas Supplier On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimate And Is Used Only For Comparing Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Specified Amount Of Gas Or For The Collection Of More Gas Than The Forecast Amount. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Consumption, E.G. Due To Weather Conditions, Which The Ordering Party Cannot Predict. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Gas Fuel Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Dso Tariff.
