The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Documentation Referred To In Point 3. In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. On The Day Of Receipt Of The Design Documentation, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With Declarations From Designers And Designers Checking For The Completed Projects That The Documentation Is: 5.1. Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Along With A List Of Its Individual Elements And Was Performed In Accordance With The Contract, 5.2.
