Tenders Are Invited For Bzp.2711.69.2025.Mr Repair, Modernization Of The Lan Network And Integrated Network And Multimedia Cabling And Construction Of Local Parts Of The Logical Installation At The University Of Wrocław For A Period Of 24 Months
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair And Modernization Of Lan Networks And Integrated Network And Multimedia Cabling, As Well As The Construction Of Local Parts Of The Logical Installation At The University Of Wrocław For A Period Of 24 Months, Described In Detail In Annex. No. 3 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex. No. 3 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Attachment. No. 4 To Swz Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Template Contract) Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Service Provision.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Of 6 Months Warranty For Services And Materials Provided (Counted From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Quality Acceptance Report). The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers, Therefore The Contractor In The Annex. No. 1 To Swz The Offer Form Will Indicate The Warranty Period For Services And Materials.5. The Ordering Party Will Successively Notify The Contractor Of The Need To Provide The Service By E-Mail In Accordance With § 7 Section 1 Of The Annex. No. 4 To Swz.
