1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of 6 Sets Of Protective Clothing For Students, Hereinafter Referred To As Clothing, Including 4 Mens Sets And 2 Womens Sets. One Set Includes: 1) Fishing Trousers For Outdoor Activities; 2) Jacket With Waterproof, Windproof And Breathable Properties - Insulated Winter Version; 3) Fishing Boots; 4) Fishing T-Shirt; 5) Thermal Underwear (Long-Sleeved Thermal T-Shirt + Thermal Pants); 6) Fishing Vest; 7) Breathable Waders With Warmer; 8) Fishing Blouse I (Zipped With Hood);9) Fishing Blouse Ii (Specialized Softshell2. The Description Of The Minimum Requirements And Properties Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Above Is Included In Annex No. 2 Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Offer And Price Form. 3. The Scope Of This Order (Delivery Referred To In The Above Provisions) Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery Of The Offered Clothing To The Ordering Party (Including, If Necessary, Its Notification Customs For Introduction And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland) To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be The Room Of The Faculty Of Food Sciences And Fisheries Of The West Pomeranian University Of Technology In Szczecin, At Ul. Kazimierza Królewicza 4 (Place Of Clothing Delivery);2) Ensuring The Possibility Of Exchanging Clothes For A Different Size;3) Granting The Ordering Party A Warranty For The Clothing, However, It Is Required To Grant A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 18 Months (Counting From The Date Of Issue Of The Clothing);4) Providing The Ordering Party With Appropriate Documentation For The Clothing: A) A Warranty Document For Granting The Ordering Party The Guarantee Referred To Above (To The Extent Resulting From Submitted Offer);B) Instructions For Proper Use, Including Washing/Maintenance Of Clothing.4. The Scope Of This Order (Supplies) Also Includes Additional Services Requiring Performance By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order Agreement, At The Stage After The Clothing Is Issued To The Ordering Party, Such As Removing Defects And Providing Other Services To The Ordering Party In Connection With The Warranty Granted For The Offered And Delivered Clothing.5. Details Of The Benefits Included In Section 3 And 4 Above, The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order, As Well As Other Conditions Of Their Implementation - Are Included In Annex No. 5 Swz (Contract Template).
