I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Modernization Of The Primary School With Integration Departments No. 247 At Ul. Wrzeciono 9 For Renovation Works, Including In Particular A Construction And Executive Design, Bill Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimate And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Documentation Is Of A Renovation Nature, I.E. It Concerns The Reconstruction, Repair And Modernization Of Existing Elements Of The Facility, Without Interfering With Its Functional And Structural Layout. The Design Study Constituting The Subject Of The Order Covers Only The Building Of The Primary School With Integration Departments No. 247 In Warsaw. Important! The Documentation Prepared Will Serve As A Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Purpose Of Awarding A Public Contract. In Connection With The Above, The Ordering Party Particularly Emphasizes That The Study Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, Unless It Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Described Using Sufficiently Precise Terms, And Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In Such A Case, The Contractor Should Indicate The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence.
