Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 336, As Amended) Along With Annexes And The Requirements Of Icao (International Civil Aviation Organization) - Annex 14, Volume Ii To The Convention On International Civil Aviation, Signed In Chicago On December 7, 1944 (Journal Of Laws Of 1959, No. 35, Item 212 - Text Of The Convention, Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 5 - Text Of Volume Ii Of Annex 14 To The Chicago Convention) In Order To Adapt To The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions, Including Obtaining Consent For The Use Of The Landing Site. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To:1. Preparation Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Helipad For Lpr (Air Emergency Medical Service) Helicopters In The Scope Of: A) Location Of Communication Routes, Specifying The Method And Directions Of Communication And Evacuation, Installations And Their Functions, B) Technological And Technical Equipment Along With Its Arrangement And Taking Into Account Other Equipment Important For The Use Of Appropriate Construction, Technological And Technical Solutions.2. Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Documentation, I.E. Architectural And Construction Designs, Detailed Designs, Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Information Regarding Health And Safety And The Preparation Of Other Necessary Documents, Including: 1) Conducting A Site Visit (During The Implementation Of The Contract) And Inventory Of The Facility To Which The Subject Of The Order Relates And Obtaining, At The Contractors Responsibility And Risk, All Relevant Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Concept And Design Documentation, 2) Verification Of Air Obstacles Along With The Execution Geodetic Inventory Of Obstacles In The Zone Covered By The Study,3) Assessing The Technical And Structural Condition Of The Existing Helipad Structure To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Design Works In Question,4) Making Arrangements And Obtaining Opinions, In Particular With The Relevant Aviation Administration Authorities, Lpr, Users Of Ground Facilities, Legal Owners Of The Land Or Managers,5) Taking Into Account The Requirements Set By: Civil Aviation Office
