Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment For The Social Services Center In Łazy.

1. Task No. 1 - Delivery Of It Equipment To The Social Services Center In Łazy At Ul. Pocztowa 14.2. Delivery Address: Social Services Center In Łazy, 42-450 Łazy Ul. Pocztowa 14; 3. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, And Made Using Safe Technologies. It Must Meet The Requirements Of Eu Standards, And The Products That Require It Must Have Valid Safety Certificates, Approvals, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law. 4. In The Case Of Furniture And Equipment Requiring Bringing, Assembly, Assembly, Connection And/Or Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring, Assemble/Assemble/Screw Them In A Place Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs About The Possible Addition Of Fees In The Offer For Bringing, Assembling, Assembling, Connecting, Etc. The Delivered Item To The Cus Premises. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Clean The Room After Assembling The Furniture And Take Away The Packaging In Which The Furniture And Equipment Were Delivered. 5. After Delivering All The Equipment And Completing The Assembly, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Delivery Area And The Assembly Site And Remove The Packaging. Any Damage Caused During And As A Result Of Installation Will Be Removed By The Contractor At Its Own Expense And With Its Own Efforts. 6. The Contractor Will Be Able To Start Assembling And Installing The Equipment After The Ordering Party Has Verified That The Individual Elements Of The Equipment Meet The Parameters Specified In The Order Documents And Their Acceptance By The Ordering Party. 7. On The Date Of Delivery At The Latest, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Warranty Cards In Paper Form In Polish. 8. A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 9. The Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc. Indicated In The Documents Constitute Only A Qualitative, Functional, Technical And Technological Standard Relating To The Subject Of The Order. In All Cases In Which, Due To The Specification Of Origin, The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Allowed, I.E. All Named Materials, Devices Used In The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Or Their Origin, Serve Only To Determine The Standard And May Be Replaced By Others With No Worse Technical, Functional, Qualitative, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters, Taking Into Account Proper Cooperation With Other Materials And Devices. The Names Used In The Order Documentation That Indicate Or Could Be Associated With A Manufacturer Or Company Are Not Intended To Favor The Solutions Of A Given Manufacturer, But To Indicate A Solution That Should Have Technical And Technological Features Not Worse Than Those Provided In The Technical Documentation.
