Oversight of the evaluation of technical options and preparatory studies : Reaching a multi-stakeholder agreement on a preferred, technically, financially, and bankably robust Inga 3 project concept by: Overseeing the ongoing option evaluation process for Inga-3. Implementing a dual-track analysis that integrates supply-side and demand-side optimization approaches (as described above). Conducting an economic benefits assessment to quantify the direct and indirect benefits of the different development options (supply-side analysis). Conducting an analysis of revenue, effective demand, and willingness to pay to establish realistic parameters for project cost recovery and bankability (demand-side analysis). Developing a financial analysis that synthesizes the results of the supply and demand aspects. Identifying the optimization space where technically viable solutions meet market-sustainable solutions. Conduct a capacity assessment of ADPI-DRC and define a vision for the organizational development of ADPI-DRC to meet the future demands of the project. The Consultant will be required to carry out all tasks in close collaboration with ADPI-DRC, ensuring knowledge transfer and capacity building throughout the mission. III. The duration of the mission is thirty (30) months from the date of signature of the contract. IV.
