That, Through Purchase Request No. 168 Dated April 23, 2025 Of The Food Department, The Need Arises To Have A Service Of Support Personnel Such As Professional Nutritionists, Food Handlers And Assistants, To Perform Functions In Food Handling, Preparation And Distribution Processes, Cleaning, Hygiene And Sanitation, In The Staff Casino, Food Center And Sedile-Cefe Units. The Supplier Must Comply With All The Requirements Indicated In These Bidding Rules, Schedules, Staffing, Uniforms And Equipment And Must Be Available To The Hospital 365 Days A Year, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, That Is, It Must Provide The Continuity Of The Support Service Both For The Personnel Who Perform The Tasks And The Equipment Required For The Tasks, With Maximum Quality Of Service.
