Tenders are invited for Notice Of Intent To Sole Source At Nvfel The United States Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a sole source contract with Horiba Instruments Incorporated. This is for a new five-year (base year + 4 option years) contract supporting and maintaining existing Horiba Equipment at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency NVFEL Laboratory located at 2565 Plymouth Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105. The contractor must furnish parts, labor, supervision and equipment necessary to provide remedial and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, spare parts, installation and commissioning for the contract period of performance on all existing Horiba-supplied instrumentation, benches, CVS units and dynamometers, as well as other affiliated equipment
