The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Building, Which Is Divided Into The Following Objects And Operational Sets: Construction Objects: • So 01 – Sludge Drainage Reconstruction (Reconstruction And Construction Modification Of The Building, Including Network Distribution, Installations, Technological Equipment And Replacement Of Utility Water Pipes) • So 02 – Modification Of The Sludge Dump (Reconstruction Of The Existing Storage Area And Its Concrete Boundary) • So 03 – Paved Area (A New Asphalt Road Will Be Built To The Sludge Management Section) Operational Files: • Ps 01 – Sludge Drainage Reconstruction • Ps 02 – High Current And Sřtp The Contract Will Be Implemented With The Continuous Operation Of All Stages Of The Existing Wwtp Technology, With The Exception Of The Sludge Dewatering Technology. During Construction, The Contractor Will Ensure, In Coordination With The Sewage Treatment Plant Operator, That The Duration Of The Shutdown Of The Sludge Dewatering Technology Will Be A Maximum Of 2 Months. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: • Trial Operation Physically Lasting 180 Calendar Days From The Date Of Completion Of Construction Works, Incl. Its Organization, Sampling, Carrying Out And Evaluating The Prescribed Tests And Analyses, Drawing Up Operating Rules For The Trial Run, Management And Evaluation Of The Consumption Of Electricity, Chemicals And Other Media With A Link To The Evaluation Of The Economy Of Operation, Operator Training, Evaluation Of The Trial Run With An Emphasis On The Required Quality Of The Dewatered Sludge, Preparation Of A Report On The Evaluation Of The Trial Run Only After The Test Run Physically Lasting 180 Calendar Days. The Trial Operation Will Only Be Completed After The Approval Of The Building (Putting It Into Permanent Use). The Purpose Of The Test Operation Is To Verify That The Entire Complex Of Buildings, Machines And Equipment, Control Systems, Technologies, Etc. Is Fully Functional, And That The Operating Procedure, Instructions For Carrying Out Maintenance And Other Operational Technical Documentation Are In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And Service Requirements. • Development Of Wwtp Operating Regulations For Trial Operation, Updating Of Wwtp Operating Regulations For Permanent Operation.
