If The Trench Is Used For The Installation Of Several Contractors (Multiple Installation), The Contracting Authority Acts As A Purchasing Center On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement. The Trench Costs Will Be Shared According To A Distribution Key, Imposed On The Contractor, Which Will Have Been Defined By Mutual Agreement Between The Participants And Paid By Each Applicant To The Contractor.
