1.The Intent Of This Request For Quotation (Rfq) Is To Obtain Quotations From Qualified Bidders To Supply And Deliver Warehouse Storage Solutions, Including Both Indoor And Outdoor, To Epcor To Support The Operational Needs Of Multiple Sites Across The Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Ongoing Storage Will Be Required On An “As And When Required” Basis As Further Described Within The Rfq Documents.2.Epcor Intends To Award An Agreement To One (1), Or More, Supplier(S) To Provide Warehouse Storage, Including Indoor And Outdoor, For A Three (3) Year Term With Three (3), Two (2) Year Optional Renewal Terms For A Total Possible Term Of Nine (9) Years, At The Sole Discretion Of Epcor In Accordance With The Attached Terms And Conditions.
