The City Of Savonlinna Requests Bids In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Attachments. An Expert Evaluation In Accordance With Chapter 6, Section 51 Of The Act On The Organization Of Labor Services (380/2023) Is Procured Through Tendering. The Service To Be Procured Is Related To The Examination And Assessment Of Work Ability Service Performed By An Expert Doctor, Which Is Being Procured At The Same Time. The Service Includes The Following Additional Tests Necessary For Work Ability Research And Evaluation: Ultrasound Examination, X-Ray Examination, Magnetic Resonance Imaging And Neuropsychological Examination. The Specialist Doctor Assesses The Need For Additional Examinations Based On The Clients Situation And Gives The Client A Referral For Further Examinations. The Best Situation For The Clients Would Be If The Additional Examinations Were Carried Out In Savonlinna. If That Is Not Possible, Research Elsewhere May Also Come Into Question. In This Case, The Customer Travels To The Research Location. The Procurement Is Resourced So That The Customer Who Participates In The Service Takes On Average Two (2) Different Studies During Their Time In The Service. The Tender Request Attachments Can Be Found In The Request For Tender Section Attachments And Links. The Planned Actual Implementation Period/Contract Period Of The Service Is February 1-December 31, 2027. The Acquisition Includes An Option For Two (2) Additional Contract Periods Of One (1) Year, Which Will Take Place In The Periods 1.1.-31.12.2028 And 1.1.-31.12.2029. The Estimated Value Of The Service To Be Procured (120,000 Eur) Falls Below The Threshold Value According To Section 25, Subsection 1, Clause 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016), I.E. The Procurement Must Be Counted As A So-Called Small Procurement. The Forecasted Value Includes The Actual Contract Period (60,000 Eur) And Two Option Periods (30,000 + 30,000 Eur). The Procurement Will Comply With The Regulations And Instructions Stated In The Other Information Section Of The Request For Tenders And In The Attached Contract Template, As Well As The Procurement Act Regarding Procurement Adjustments.
