The City Of Coesfeld Intends To Comprehensively Renovate And Expand The Maria-Frieden Elementary School, Which Was Built In The 1970S, On The Approximately 11,500 M² Site. The Existing Building With Approx. 2740M² Gfa Will Have A Wooden Frame Facade Including A Concrete Base And Will Be Expanded To Include A Two-Storey, Directly Adjoining, Solid Construction Extension To The South With A Wooden Frame Facade Including A Concrete Base With Approx. 1520M² Gfa Area. The Ogs Is Located In A Smaller, Single-Storey Extension With A Gross Floor Area Of Approx. 215M² On The East Side Of The Property Directly Behind The Sports Hall, Also With A Wooden Frame Facade And A Concrete Base. The Sports Hall, With A Total Gross Floor Area Of Approx. 525M², Is Being Renovated As Part Of The Facade Renovation, Like The School, With A Wooden Frame Facade And A Concrete Base. The Outdoor Facilities Will Be Fundamentally Redesigned. In The Future, The School Will Be Operated In Three Classes And Cluster-Like Spatial Structures Will Meet The Requirements Of A Contemporary School Building. The Main Usable Area To Be Planned Is Approx. 3,200M².
