The Order Includes In Particular The Architectural And Technical Planning Of The School Building(S) And The Complete And Functional Construction Including The Permits To Be Obtained. Part Of The Order Also Includes The Relocation Services, I.E. If Necessary The Relocation Of The School From The Existing Buildings To An Interim Building During The Construction Period Or Into The New Buildings As Well As The Conversion Or Complete Dismantling Of The Existing Buildings To Be Demolished Depending On The Bidders Design. There Are Currently Existing Buildings On The Construction Site As Well As A Green And Play Area, Which Will Be Dismantled To Clear The Construction Site. Furthermore, Two Mobile Classrooms Will Be Planned As Modular Construction And Set Up On The Site By The Start Of School In 2026 (See Attached Site Plan).
