Within The Framework Of This Procedure, The Tenderer Wishes To Procure Two Types Of Activity Provision In Order To Fulfill The Requirements Arising From The Eu Specifications And National Demands: - Development Services (According To Points 5.4-5.6 Of The Technical Description (Ml), - General Support Services (According To Points 5.1-5.4 And 5.6 Of The Ml). Ml 5.4. Testing According To Point And Ml 5.6.3. The Completion Of Documentation Tasks According To Point 5.5 Of Ml Is Related To For Development Services According To Point 5.1. For Corrective Software Maintenance Services According To Point Development Service: The Changes To The It Systems That The Contractor Carries Out As A Development Activity Due To Changes In Legislation Or Specifications, Or In Order To Satisfy New User Needs, According To The Order Of The Customer, Including Testing And Documentation Of The Development. General Support: Covers The Operation Of The Helpdesk Service, The Issuance Of Corrective Software Maintenance, The Execution Of Related Tests And The Issuance Of Documentation On The Repairs By The Contractor Performing The Service, As Well As Training And Handover Activities. Procurement Volume Broken Down According To Tasks To Be Performed: 1. Implementation Of Ncts 6. Opt-Out Operation In Accordance With The Specifications Issued By The European Commission, Based On The Operation Of Navs Current Ncts 5. System, Further Developing It. 2. Ncts – Certex System Connection And Establishment Of Business Processes. 3. Development Service: 2,250 Man-Days, Which Can Be Used For Tasks Individually Specified In The Work Order Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract Or Until The Development Man-Day Limit Is Exhausted. The Tenderer Undertakes A Drawdown Obligation (Fixed Part) For 40% (900 Man-Days) Of The Above Quantity, The Remaining 60% (1350 Man-Days) Is Considered A Quantity Not Burdened With A Drawdown Obligation. The Tenderer Is Not Obliged To Draw Part Or All Of The Quantity That Is Not Subject To The Drawing Obligation, And The Winning Tenderer Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation In The Event Of Not Drawing Part Or All Of This Quantity. 4. Support Service: 4.1. A Period Of 3 Years From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract - Support Of The Ermis Basic System Developed On The Basis Of Eu Specifications - In Relation To The Support Of Adapters Developed According To National Needs. 4.2. 1 Year (Fixed) + 3 Months (Optional) From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract - In Relation To The Mcc And Gms Applications, As Well As The Applications Implementing Ncts 4 And Emcs Communication (Ccn Adapter, App2app Adapter, Ecn Emulator). With Regard To Point 2, The Customer Undertakes A Withdrawal Obligation For 1 Year (Fixed Part), The Remaining 3 Months Is Considered A Quantity Not Burdened With A Withdrawal Obligation. The Customer Is Not Obliged To Partially Or Fully Withdraw A Quantity That Is Not Subject To A Withdrawal Obligation, The Tenderer Is The Part Of This Quantity
