Construction Supervision Services - Performing The Function Of Engineer Of The Expansion Contract Of The Warsaw Uprising Museum At Ul. Grzybowska 79 In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As The Contract Engineer For The Investment Involving The Expansion Of The Warsaw Uprising Museum At Ul. Grzybowska 79 In Warsaw. The Purpose Of Providing The Ci Service Is To Perform Activities That The Investor Is Obliged To Perform As Part Of The Construction Process. The Contract Engineer Will Be Obliged To: 1) Provide A Service Including Supervision Over The Proper Implementation Of The Agreement With The General Contractor, Including Design And Implementation, Related To The Revision Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Organization, Coordination, Supervision, Enforcement Of Assumptions And Arrangements, Management, Reporting And Settlement Of The Investment Process For The Above-Mentioned. Tasks In The Scope Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment; 2) Representing The Investors Interests In The Investment Process And Being Responsible To The Investor For The Organization And Constant Coordination Of The Activities Of All Parties Participating In The Investment Process; 3) Acting As The Investor Supervision Inspector (In The Form Of A Multi-Disciplinary Team Of Inspectors) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Polish Law, Including The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And The Provisions Of Relevant Permits For Carrying Out Construction Works, As Well As With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contract And Related Annexes; 4) Documentation Management Using The Bim Model And The Cde Platform.
